CFlex’s International Call Center starts operations.
As of 05/05/14 CFlex’s International Call Center started operations with the purpose of improving the client services provided to its CFlex Movement Planner solution’s clients and users. The Call Center is the result of a partnership between CFlex and multinational company Stefanini (www.stefanini.com), which will manage the first client service level of CFlex’s CSH – Customer Service Hotline.
Now, besides counting on Stefanini’s large experience of more than 27 years with Call Center services, our clients will have access to client services available in 3 languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
That is another of the many actions undertaken by CFlex to continuously improve the client support services provided to its clients.
